At Embrace Home Housing, community support helps create safer, more stable living environments for adults experiencing housing instability, recovery transitions, re-entry challenges, disability-related barriers, and other life disruptions. Sometimes at move-in participants have exhausted all of their funds getting into housing.

Every contribution directly supports real people transitioning toward stability, independence, and long-term success.

  • Participant stabilization services

  • Outreach and intake coordination

  • Blankets, pillows and comforters

  • Sheet sets

  • Sterilite drawer containers

  • Dressers and nightstands

  • Lamps

  • Towels and washcloths

  • Cleaning supplies

  • Pots and pans

  • Plates and bowls

  • Silverware

Embrace Home Housing provides supportive housing, transitional housing, and coordinated services for adults in Hampton, Newport News, Suffolk, Williamsburg, Chesapeake, Norfolk, Virginia Beach and Portsmouth, Virginia. Our program combines stable, community-based housing with structured support services designed to promote independence, recovery, and long-term stability. Second chance housing in Virginia.
