Program Structure
Embrace Home Housing goes beyond providing a place to stay by addressing the real challenges that often make housing stability difficult for underserved individuals. Rather than overlooking these barriers, they are identified and addressed from the very beginning.

Participants Receive:
• Comprehensive coordination
• Connection to supportive resources
• Stability and readiness assessments
• Individualized guidance
• Holistic support planning
• Ongoing progress monitoring
The Differences
Affordability

The majority of participants pay 40–60% below market rent+utilities for the Hampton Roads area.

All-Inclusive
Program rates cover housing plus utilities, furniture, household items, internet, and the additional services.
Limited Barriers

There are no requirements for three times the monthly rent, and eviction history or criminal background are not disqualifiers.
Housing is not a simple matter for underserved populations. It involves far more than a room or rent; it requires a stable, supportive environment that allows individuals to rebuild their lives.
Supportive housing program rates are not determined by room types or credit history. Instead, it is structured to address individual needs, support requirements and other factors that contribute to stability. This structure is designed to ensure that individualized needs are met and accommodated, allowing meaningful stabilization to take place.
Embrace Home Housing’s program is structured to provide more than shelter, offering a clear and purposeful pathway toward stability, growth, and long-term independence.
